When I am useful

The operation is understood by people, but not yet by the software.

Discover the real workflow, rules, actors, exceptions, and priorities before shaping the product.

The existing product has become difficult to evolve.

Clarify the replacement or modernisation path while protecting essential operational behaviour.

Product intent gets lost between business, UX, and implementation.

Keep the decisions, workflow, experience, and delivery aligned from first idea to working software.

How I carry work forward

Find the real problem

Talk with the people who do the work, map the rules and exceptions, then agree what the product needs to achieve.

Make it usable

Shape the workflows, screens, permissions, and edge cases into an experience people can use in their day-to-day work.

Carry it into production

Choose a practical technical path, prototype where it helps, and stay close to implementation, release, and improvement.

Selected work

SAGRO, Denmark

Workforce time-tracking platform

Replacement for an abandoned legacy application.

Role
Defined the product and carried the replacement across UX, architecture, hands-on implementation, and production iteration.
Result
Approximately 1,700 users across 250 agricultural businesses at the 2026 sale.
Production
In production; SAGRO sold SAGRO Time in May 2026, and eCo Solutions took over development and operations.
HortiScience Innovation Center, Netherlands

Agrifood innovation operations platform

Replacement for an inherited platform that did not fit the operating model.

Role
Led discovery, workflow definition, UX, architecture, and hands-on delivery.
Result
First scope delivered in approximately one month; the platform is now used daily.
Production
Current operational platform, including a replacement for voucher administration in Excel.
Source
Client-reported timing, use, and operational impact.
't Aailand, Netherlands

Subscription and delivery operating system

Complete replacement for the previous operational application.

Role
Turned domain input into a web administration product, customer mobile apps, and a shared backend.
Result
Estimated 400+ subscribers; customer self-service removed manual onboarding and reduced email traffic.
Production
In production across web, mobile, and backend workflows.
Source
User-confirmed operating estimate; stakeholder-reported operational impact.

Additional work includes product extension, mobile UX, and migration foundations for Lucy Analytics in Sweden.

From ambiguity to use

  1. Understand how the work really happensPeople, rules, workflows, constraints, and evidence.
  2. Agree what the product must doScope, priorities, decisions, exceptions, and what a useful result looks like.
  3. Shape and test the solutionWorkflows, screens, prototypes, and focused delivery.
  4. Carry it into real useRelease, validation, iteration, and handover.

Practical product understanding, kept connected to delivery.

I am an independent Technical Product Manager based in Warsaw. My background combines end-to-end product delivery with earlier legal and business-process work, which helps me reason carefully about rules, risk, institutions, workflows, and regulated constraints. I work best where deep product understanding and practical delivery need to stay connected.

Technical context: Next.js/TypeScript, Flutter, Supabase/PostgreSQL, FastAPI/Python, APIs, CI/CD, and production monitoring.

Have a complex product or operational workflow to untangle?

I am open to contract, interim, fractional, and project-based B2B assignments. Send a short description of the situation, expected start, working model, and location.
